At St Theresa's we take the health and safety of our students very seriously. As such, we have adopted a new health and safety online application named CareMonkey.
CareMonkey is an innovative parent controlled electronic Permission Form for schools, clubs and other groups with a duty of care. It’s an electronic version of the paper based forms for excursions, camps, interschool sport, etc. It provides parents the opportunity to update medical, emergency, dental, doctor information promptly and accurately while providing the school with instant access to the emergency information provided by you.
From the school’s perspective, this information will only be visible to the relevant staff for your child and will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act.
